Hope begins with YOU

Every 19 minutes, someone is left to make sense of it.

Washington County, Oklahoma

Ask yourself...

why is the rate of suicide more than one and a half times the national average in our county.

One of the many ways to get involved is through our monthly Suicide Prevention Coalition meetings.  We meet the second Thursday of each month, 11:30am-1pm at the Washington County Health Department. Check out our site to learn more.

Get Involved

Take a community wide QPR training course to learn how to Question, Persuade and Refer someone in crisis.

Ask your organization, employer, business, or community group to host a 1-2 hour QPR training session that we will present for you absolutely free of charge.

Request free information that we will customize and deliver to your church, organization or company.
