Hope begins with YOU

Every 18 minutes, someone in the US dies by suicide.

Every 19 minutes, someone is left to make sense of it.

Washington County, Oklahoma

Ask yourself...

why is the rate of suicide more than one and a half times the national average in our county.

About us

Our Mission is to prevent suicide in Washington County through awareness, education, and effective prevention, intervention and postvention.

We can help by custom packaging and delivering materials to your organization, church or company.  The increased awareness of resources for help, along with proven techniques for dealing with suicide issues will help reduce these tragedies.

Grief workshops for those touched by suicide are offered as an intensive 6-week workshop to provide tools to comfort and reassure survivors throughout the grief process.

Survivors of Suicide Support Group-Helping Each Other Heal meets the FIRST Thursday of each month at 6:30pm. This group is to connect with others who understand the loss of a friend or loved one to suicide.  Please call Stella at 918-338-9737 for current meeting location, or email stella.shoff@gmail.com

Nationally recognized QPR-Question, Persuade, Refer training is available to the general public for free.
